So what does a biokineticist do?
Just as your medical doctor will write you a prescription to take certain medication, in the correct dosage and timing for you; we prescribe exercise. Afterall, exercise is medicine!
We do this based on scientific principles to ensure you get the right type and ‘dose’ of exercise, at the right time to support your body (and brain!). This means that an initial evaluation and assessment will be done so that we know exactly what to prescribe for YOUR body.
